Experience of Qingrun Therapy in Pediatrics of Liao School in Treating Children’s Tic Disorder

国家级名中医姚晶莹教授为辽宁省著名儿科专家,为辽派儿科清润流派的创始人。姚老深受"金元四大家"中"滋阴派"的创立者朱丹溪先生学术思想的影响,认为小儿生理特点为稚阴稚阳,患儿病后多有伤阴表现,多伴有手足心热、盗汗、脾气大,舌红少苔,脉细数等症,故在治疗上认可朱丹溪的诊疗思路,推崇以清润疗法治疗小儿阴虚内热诸证,如支气管炎、肺炎、反复呼吸道感染、咽炎、哮喘、便秘、儿童抽动障碍等以阴虚内热证为主者。在近30余年的临床实践过程中,辽宁中医儿科团队在学术上进一步完善了"养阴清润"疗法的学术思想。刘焯教授在中医治疗儿童抽动障碍方面更有独到见解,针对素体阴虚或病程较长,临床以阴虚风动为主的抽动障碍患儿,治以养阴清润柔肝,熄风止动,用自拟方文静汤治疗,随证加减,疗效显著,推动了辽派中医儿科学术的发展。
