心理护理干预联合补肾活血方治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用及对心理、生理状态的影响

Application of Psychological Nursing Intervention Combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血方) in Treatment of Aplastic Anemia and Its Influence on Psychological and Physiological State of Patients

目的研究探讨心理护理干预联合补肾活血方治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用及对患者心理、生理状态的影响。方法收集2018年7月—2020年7月在医院接受治疗的88例再生障碍性贫血患者,随机分组抽签分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组以补肾活血方治疗加常规护理,观察组增加心理护理干预。评估比较组间中医症候、心理情绪、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组中医证候包括气短乏力、神疲脉虚、低热盗汗、面色苍白等评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)均低对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度93.18%(41/44),高于对照组为77.27%(34/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预联合补肾活血方治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用效果良好,改善患者的中医证候、负性情绪和生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the application of psychological nursing intervention combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血方)in the treatment of aplastic anemia and its influence on the psychological and physiological state of patients.Methods Eighty-eight patients with aplastic anemia who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 divided into the observation group and control group,44 cases in each.The control group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score,psychological state score and quality of life score were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of HAMA-14 and HAMD-17 were lower than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05).The observation group’s scores of quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s nursing satisfaction was 93.18%(41/44),higher than that of the control group 77.27%(34/44)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of aplastic anemia is good.It can improve the TCM symptoms and bad psychological state of patients,which is worthy of promotion in nursing practice.
