中医情志护理结合人性化护理在麻醉恢复室患者舒适化护理中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing and Humanized Nursing in Comfortable Nursing of Patients in Anesthesia Recovery Room

目的探究在麻醉恢复室患者舒适化护理中采取中医情志护理结合人性化护理,探究其护理效果。方法本次研究对象筛选自2019年2月—2020年2月期间收治的200例患者。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组各100例。对照组采取舒适化护理,实验组则在舒适化护理的基础上采取中医情志护理结合人性化护理。比较分析2组舒适度、焦虑、抑郁评分、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果在舒适度比较中,护理干预前对照组与实验组比较差异较小(P>0.05),护理后对照组低于实验组(P<0.05)。在焦虑、抑郁评分比较中,护理干预前对照组与实验组比较差异较小(P>0.05),护理后对照组高于实验组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率比较中,对照组高于实验组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度对比中,对照组低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉恢复室患者舒适化护理中采取中医情志护理结合人性化护理,其护理效果较好,能够较好的提高患者的舒适度,改善不适症状,消除负面情绪,同时可有效降低不良反应发生,进而提高护理满意度。该联合护理方法可在麻醉恢复室患者舒适化护理中予以推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of TCM emotional nursing combined with humanized nursing in the comfort nursing of patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods The study subjects were selected from 200 patients admitted from February 2019 to February 2020.The above-mentioned patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group(100 cases in each group)according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group took comfort nursing,and the experimental group took traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with humanized nursing on the basis of comfortable nursing.The comparative analysis of comfort,anxiety,depression scores,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in the two groups was carried out.Results In the comparison of comfort,there was small difference between the control group and the experimental group before nursing intervention(P>0.05),and that of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).In the comparison of anxiety and depression scores,there was small difference between the control group and the experimental group before nursing intervention(P>0.05),and that of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing satisfaction,that of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the comfort nursing of patients in the anesthesia recovery room,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing and humanized nursing has a prominent nursing effect,which can better improve the comfort,improve the discomfort symptoms and eliminate their negative emotions.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,thereby improving the patients’nursing satisfaction.The combined nursing method can be promoted in the comfort nursing of patients in the anesthesia recovery room.
