中医集束化护理在骨关节炎护理中的应用效果

Discussion on Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Cluster Nursing in Nursing of Osteoarthritis

目的就中医集束化护理在骨关节炎护理中的应用效果予以分析。方法收集医院2019年1月—2020年12月收入的患者资料,纳入符合标准的89例骨关节炎患者为观察目标展开对比实验,以护理模式差异性分为参照组44例、研究组45例,在两组患者治疗过程中分别为其展开常规护理、中医集束化护理,以护理满意度以及护理前后患者关节疼痛程度、屈伸活动度评分作为观察指标进行对比分析。结果比较护理满意度,参照组为79.55%(35/44),研究组为93.33%(42/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较关节疼痛程度,护理前两组指标对比差异不强烈(P>0.05),护理后两组水平均有所降低,且接受中医集束化护理的研究组降低水平更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较关节屈伸活动度评分,护理前两组指标对比差异不强烈(P>0.05),护理后研究组改善程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨关节患者临床护理工作开展中,中医集束化护理是一种可强化疗效、起到理想辅助效果的护理模式,有助于良好护理质量的保障,患者关节疼痛程度更轻、关节屈伸等功能恢复效果更佳,同时亦有助于增加患者信任感,建立友好护患关系。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing in the nursing of osteoarthritis.Methods Analyzing the data of patients with income from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital,89 patients with osteoarthritis who met the standards were included as the observation target to carry out a comparative experiment.Based on the difference of nursing mode,44 patients were divided into the reference group and 45 patients in the research group.In the treatment process of patients in the two groups,conventional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing were carried out respectively.The nursing satisfaction,the degree of joint pain and flexion and extension activity of the patients before and after nursing were used as the observation indexes for comparative analysis.Results The nursing satisfaction was 79.55%(35/44)in the reference group and 93.33%(42/45)in the research group,and the difference between the two groups showed statistical value(P<0.05).There was no strong difference of the degree of joint pain between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05)and the level of both groups were decreased after nursing,and that of the group receiving traditional Chinese medicine clusterization nursing decreased more obviously,and the difference of indicators showed statistical value(P<0.05).The scores of joint flexion and extension activity had no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the improvement degree of the research group was more obvious after nursing(P<0.05),and the difference of indicators showed statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion In the development of clinical nursing work for OA patients,TCM cluster nursing is a nursing model that can strengthen the curative effect and play an ideal auxiliary effect,which helps to ensure good nursing quality,reduce the degree of joint pain and improve the functional recovery effect of joint flexion and extension.At the same time,it also helps to increase the sense of trust of patients,establish a friendly nurse-patient relationship.
