早期中医康复对高血压脑出血偏瘫肢体功能及生活能力恢复的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Recovery of Limb Function and Life Ability of Hemiplegic Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨早期中医康复干预对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力恢复的效果。方法选择2020年7月—2021年1月医院收治的142例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者,分为观察组和对照组各71例。对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组例给予早期中医康复干预。比较两组干预前后FMA、MBI评分及肌张力情况。结果干预后,观察组上下肢FMA及MBI评分高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅲ~Ⅳ级比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期中医康复干预可以有效促进高血压脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复,改善肌张力,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of limb function and life ability of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 142 cases of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,71 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation intervention.FMA,MBI score and muscle tension were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of FMA and MBI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The proportion of gradeⅢ~Ⅳin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively promote the recovery of limb function,and improve muscle tension and ability of daily life of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
