耳穴贴压及干预对高血压病生活质量的影响

Effect of Auricular Plaster Therapy and Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertension

目的观察分析高血压病采用干预和耳穴贴压后对患者生活质量影响。方法选择医院2018年1月—2020年6月收治的66例高血压患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照干预方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组给予基础管理,观察组给予优质干预+耳穴贴压。对两组在干预完成后生活质量(生理功能、情感功能、社会功能、精神健康)、满意度、血压控制情况进行分析对比。结果观察组干预后社会功能(86.78±4.58)分、精神健康(88.14±4.72)分、情感功能(88.86±4.88)分、生理功能(87.15±4.35)分,对照组干预后社会功能(72.43±4.21)分、精神健康(73.54±4.32)分、情感功能(73.12±4.11)分、生理功能(72.09±4.06)分,观察组采用优质干预+耳穴贴压后患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组仅使用基础管理后生活质量评分,观察组患者采用优质干预+耳穴贴压后满意度明显高于对照组进行基础管理后满意度,观察组患者血压控制情况明显优于对照组血压控制情况,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者采用优质干预结合耳穴贴压能够提高生活质量,有效控制血压,并且患者满意度较高,更愿意选择此方法进行,因此值得推广采纳。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of intervention and auricular point sticking on the quality of life of patients with hypertension.Methods Sixty-six patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into control group(33 cases,basic management)and observation group(33 cases,high-quality intervention+auricular plaster)according to different intervention methods.The quality of life(physiological function,emotional function,social function,mental health),satisfaction and blood pressure control of the two groups after the intervention were analyzed and compared.Results In the observation group after intervention,the social function was(86.78±4.58)points,mental health(88.14±4.72)points,emotional function(88.86±4.88)points and physiological function(87.15±4.35)points.In the control group after intervention,the social function was(72.43±4.21)points,mental health(73.54±4.32)points,emotional function(73.12±4.11)points and physiological function(72.09±4.06)points.The quality of lifeof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after using only basic management.The satisfaction of the observation group after using high-quality intervention+auricular plaster therapy was significantly higher than that of the control group after basic management.The blood pressure control of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality intervention combined with auricular plaster therapy can improve the quality of life,effectively control blood pressure,and patients are more willing to choose this method,and so it is worthy of promotion and adoption.
