肾康汤治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭的效果

Effect of Shenkang Decoctionon(肾康汤) Elderly Chronic Renal Failure

目的研究分析肾康汤治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭的效果与价值。方法按照纳入排除标准选取2018年9月—2020年9月医院收治的老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者68例,按照双盲法分组分为两组,34例为对照组接受规范西医治疗,34例患者作为观察组在接受规范西医治疗的同时加用肾康汤辅助治疗,严格按照治疗方案进行治疗后,对比两组患者的肾功能(包括尿素氮、肌酐、肌酐清除率、胱抑素C、白蛋白)、生活质量(SF-36量表)、电解质(血钾、血磷、血钙)、不良反应发生率。结果不同治疗方案实施后,观察组患者肾功能各项指标改善明显,同时生活质量明显提高,电解质各项水平恢复正常,对比对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者的不良反应发生率,发现无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对老年慢性肾功能患者进行治疗时,从中医角度出发,利用肾康汤辅助治疗能达到调节患者身体状态,进一步改善肾功能、调整电解质平衡、提高生活质量的目的,同时在用药时,药物使用并不会导致不良反应的出现,用药安全性较高,在中西医联合治疗思想下实际临床治疗效果是十分理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect and value of Shenkang Decoctionon(肾康汤)senile chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with chronic renal failure were selected from September 2018 to September 2020 and were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method.Thirty-four patients were treated with standardized western medicine.The remaining 34 patients were treated with Shenkang Decoction as the experimental group.After treatment in strict accordance with the treatment plan,the renal function(including urea nitrogen,creatinine,creatinine clearance,cystatin C,albumin),quality of life(SF-36 scale),electrolyte(blood potassium,blood phosphorus,blood calcium),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of different treatment schemes,the renal function indexes of the experimental group were improved obviously,the quality of life was improved obviously,and the electrolyte levels returned to be normal.The difference was statistically significant compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal function,from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,Shenkang Decoction can be used to regulate the patients’physical state,further improve renal function,adjust electrolyte balance and improve quality of life.
