益肾坚骨汤联合PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

Application of Yishen Jiangu Decoction(益肾坚骨汤) Combined with PFNA Internal Fixation inT reatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in The Elderly

目的研究分析益肾坚骨汤联合PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的应用效果与价值。方法按照纳入排除标准选取2019年1月—2020年12月医院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者112例,按照入院治疗先后顺序进行治疗,其中56例为对照组接受单纯股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗,56例患者作为观察组在PFNA治疗基础联合益肾壮骨汤进行治疗,对比两组患者术后并发症;髋关节功能评分;疼痛程度;住院时间以及血清中Ca含量情况。结果在益肾坚骨汤联合PFNA内固定治疗方案实施下,观察组疼痛程度明显改善、住院时间对比对照组更短、术后并发症发生率更低、血清中Ca含量更高,相关指标对比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组髋关节功能评分比价,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施PFNA内固定效果良好,在此基础上联合益肾坚骨汤进行治疗,虽然不能进一步改善髋关节功能,但是药物的使用能够降低术后疼痛和并发症的发生率,提升血清中Ca含量,快速帮助患者疾病恢复,极大地缩短了患者术后的住院时间与恢复时间,益肾坚骨汤联合PFNA内固定治疗临床效果良好,具有推广使用的价值。

Objective To study the effect and value of Yishen Jiangu Decoction(益肾坚骨汤)combined with PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly.Methods Patients with intertrochantericrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Fifty-six patients in the control groupwere treated with simple PFNA internal fixationand the remaining 56 patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Jiangu Decoction as the basis of PFNA treatment.Postoperative complications,hip function score,pain degree,hospitalization time and Ca content in serum were compared between the two groups.Result With the implementation of Yishen Jiangu Decoction combined with PFNA internal fixation,compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower and the serum Ca content was significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hip function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The PFNA internal fixation for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is good.On this basis,Yishen Jiangu Decoction can not further improve hip function,but the use of drugs can reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications,increase serum Ca content,quickly help patients recover,and greatly shorten the postoperative hospitalization time and recovery time.Yishen Jiangu Decoction combined with PFNA internal fixation treatment has good clinical effect and value of popularization.
