2010—2018年天津市成人超重肥胖率及中心性肥胖率变化情况分析

Trend analysis of overweight and obesity rates and central obesity rate in adults in Tianjin from 2010 to 2018

目的了解2010—2018年天津市成年居民超重肥胖率以及中心性肥胖率变化情况,为天津市居民慢性病危险因素干预提供参考依据。方法利用2010—2012年天津市居民营养与健康状况监测(纳入3 054人)、2015年天津市成人慢性病与营养状况监测(纳入4 479人)和2018年天津市成人慢性病与营养状况监测(纳入4 423人)的体检数据分析超重肥胖率及中心性肥胖率变化情况。采用天津市2018年人口年龄和性别构成对资料进行率的标化。采用SPSS 25.0和Excel 2016进行数据分析。结果 2018年天津市成人超重肥胖率(64.6%)与2010—2012年(62.2%)相比整体升高,增长率为3.9%;除了18~<45岁组女性超重肥胖率整体下降外,其他年龄组男女性超重肥胖率整体均升高。2018年天津市成人中心性肥胖率(50.1%)与2010—2012年(48.7%)相比有所升高,增长率为2.9%;18~<45岁年龄组人群中心性肥胖率变化较小,45~<60岁和60岁及以上年龄组人群中心性肥胖率升高,增长率分别为5.2%和8.7%;男性中心性肥胖率升高,女性中心性肥胖率基本不变,增长率分别为5.4%和0。结论天津市成年居民超重肥胖率以及中心性肥胖率均有上升趋势,在今后的健康宣教中需加大力度控制超重肥胖和中心性肥胖的发展。

Objective To understand the changing trends of overweight,obesity and central obesity in adult residents of Tianjin from 2010 to 2018,and provide the reference basis for interventions of risk factors of chronic diseases in Tianjin residents.Methods The physical examination data from the Tianjin residents nutrition and health status monitoring from 2010 to 2012(3 054 cases),the 2015 and 2018 Tianjin adults chronic disease and nutritional status monitoring(4 479 and 4 423 cases) were used to analyze changes of overweight and obesity rates and central obesity rate. The sample rate was standardized with the population age and gender composition data of Tianjin in 2018. The data analysis was completed using SPSS 25.0 and Excel 2016.Results As compared with the rate(62.2%) of adults overweight/obesity from 2010 to 2012,the rate(64.6%) of adults overweight/obesity in Tianjin increased 3.9% in 2018. Except for the overweight/obesity rate of females in 18-<45 years old,the overweight/obesity rates of males and females in other age groups all increased. As compared with the central obesity rate(48.7%) from2010 to 2012,the central obesity rate(50.1%) of Tianjin adults in 2018 increased slightly,the growth rate was 2.9%;the rate of central obesity of 18-<45 years old group had little change,the rate of central obesity of 45-<60 and ≥60 years old age groups increased,the growth rates were 5.2% and 8.7%,relatively;the central obesity rate of males increased slightly,while the central obesity rate of females did not change,the growth rates were 5.4% and 0,relatively. Conclusion The overweight/obesity rate and central obesity rate of adult residents in Tianjin have an upward trend. More attention should be paid to overweight,obesity and central obesity in future health education.
