“双碳”目标背景下煤层气价格及其影响因素研究

Study on Coalbed Painer Price and Its Influencing Factors under "Double Carbon" Target Background

煤层气作为优质清洁能源,加快其开发利用对推进能源革命、实现"双碳"目标具有重要的现实意义。本文在对煤层气价格形成影响因素理论分析的基础上,运用结构方程模型探寻煤层气价格形成关键因素及其影响程度。研究结果显示:(1)煤层气价格是由成本因素、市场因素、政策因素等多种因素共同作用的结果;(2)市场因素对煤层气价格影响最大,次之为政策因素,然后为成本因素。(3)市场因素中的能源消费结构、政策因素中的煤层气价格政策、成本因素中的煤层气资源勘探成本等因素对煤层气价格形成影响较大。基于此,本文提出尽快完善煤层气产业政策、完善煤层气价格形成机制、在煤层气价格中充分体现其资源属性等相关政策建议。

The results showed that(1) Coalbed methane prices were the result of a variety of factors;(2) Market factors and policy factors were more significant to coalbed methane prices.(3) Factors such as energy consumption structure, coalbed methane price policies, coalbed methane resources exploration costs have a greater impact on coalbed methane prices. Based on this, this paper proposes to improve the coalbed methane industry policy as soon as possible, establishing a coalbed methane price formation mechanism with marketization as the standard, and the price of coalbed methane should reflect the targeted countermeasures and recommendations of coalbed methane resource attributes.
