蜂胶成分分析及其体外抗白念珠菌活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析国产蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物成分,并检测其体外抗白念珠菌活性。方法萃取蜂胶,对其进行分离、纯化,并通过分析设备鉴定结构,最后利用微量液基稀释法检测,得到黄酮类化合物对白念珠菌的体外抗真菌活性。结果从国产蜂胶中共分离出11种有机成分,其中4种为黄酮类化合物,分别为短叶松素、杨芽黄素、白杨素及3-乙酰短叶松素,占所有活性成分的43.6%。体外药物敏感性检测结果表明,以上4个化合物对白念珠菌均有体外抗菌作用,其中杨芽黄素体外抗菌效果最佳。结论蜂胶在临床进行抗真菌治疗或辅助抗真菌治疗中有较大应用潜力,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To analyze theflavonoids in domestic propolis and detect its anti-Candida albicans activity in vitro.Methods Propolis was extracted,separated and purified,and its structure was identified by analysis equipment.Finally,the antifungal activity offlavonoids against C.albicans in vitro was detected by micro liquid dilution method.Results A total of 11 organic components were isolated from domestic propolis,among which 4 wereflavonoids,namely pinobanksin,tectochrysin,chrysin and 3-acetylpinobanksin,accounting for 43.6%of all active components.The results of drug sensitivity test in vitro showed that the above four compounds had antibacterial effects on C.albicans in vitro,and the antibacterial effect of tectochrysin was the best.Conclusion Propolis has great potential in clinical antifungal therapy or adjuvant antifungal therapy,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
