复方侧柏酊治疗斑秃的疗效与安全性评价

The efficacy and safety of compound Platycladus orientalis tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata

目的评价复方侧柏酊治疗斑秃的疗效与安全性。方法收集我院2020年6月到2021年5月的斑秃患者60例,随机分入治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组一日2次外用复方侧柏酊,对照组一日2次外用市售5%米诺地尔酊,两组均治疗24周。运用脱发严重程度评定量表(SALT)评估两组治疗前后SALT较基线变化的百分率,比较两组达到SATL50的患者人数,观察治疗前后不良反应,评价复方侧柏酊治疗斑秃的有效性和安全性。结果治疗组基线SALT评分(39.93±21.91),对照组基线SALT评分(40.25±20.14),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外两组在年龄、性别、病程、合并白癜风、甲状腺疾病等共病方面,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究终点(24周),治疗组(n=25,83.33%)中达到SALT50的受试者显著多于对照组(n=14,50.00%)。卡方检验结果表明使用复方侧柏酊治疗能显著改善斑秃的严重程度(P<0.05)。结论复方侧柏酊治疗斑秃安全有效,具有大规模临床推广的价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Platycladus orientalis tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 60 patients with alopecia areata in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group received external treatment of compound Platycladus orientalis twice daily,while the control group received 5%minoxidil treatment twice daily.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.The severity of alopecia tool(SALT)was used to assess the percentage of SALT changes before and after treatment.The number of patients reaching SALT50 in the two groups were compared.Adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment,and the effectiveness and safety of compound Platycladus orientalis tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata were evaluated.Results The baseline SALT of the treatment group was 39.93±21.91,and the control group was 40.25±20.14(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,comorbidities as vitiligo and thyroid disease(P>0.05).At the end of the study(24 weeks),more subjects achieved SALT50 in the treatment group(n=25,83.33%)than in the control group(n=15,50.00%).The chi-square test showed that the compound Platycladus orientalis tincture could significantly improve the severity of alopecia areata(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Platycladus orientalis tincture is safe and effective in the treatment of alopecia areata,which has great value of extensive clinical use.
