摘要
恶性肿瘤是造成我国居民死亡的首位原因,严重影响了人类健康和患者生存质量。中医药在辅助治疗恶性肿瘤上有明显优势,疗效显著。中药药对是临床遣方中一种特殊的药物配伍,是临床医家多年经验的凝练,体现了辨证论治和整体观念的中医诊疗原则。揭示药对配伍的作用机制,对于阐释中医药治疗肿瘤疾病具有十分重要的意义。对国医大师刘尚义教授临床常用的莪术-猫爪草药对进行阐述,以期临床治疗肿瘤疾病提供新的参考依据和诊疗思路。
Cancer is the first cause of death in China,and seriously affects human health and the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the adjuvant treatment of malignant tumor,and the curative effect is remarkable.Chinese medicine pair is a kind of special drug compatibility in clinical prescriptions,which is the condensation of many years'experience of clinical doctors,and embodies the principle of TCM diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and holistic concept.It is of great significance to reveal the mechanism of drug pair compatibility in the treatment of tumor diseases with TCM.Therefore,in order to provide a new reference basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of tumor diseases,this paper expounded Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)-Maozhuacao(Ranunculi Ternati Radix)herbal pair commonly used by Professor LIU Shangyi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.
