摘要
糖皮质激素在免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病以及抗炎、抗过敏、抗休克治疗中有着较好的疗效,但在长期、大剂量使用时会产生较严重的不良反应,甚至是糖皮质激素抵抗,严重影响了激素治疗的进行。近年来国内外有较多研究表明,人参皂苷具有类糖皮质激素甾体样结构以及激素样效果,可由糖皮质激素受体途径介导生效,在协同增强糖皮质激素效用的同时还能上调受体表达水平,抑制糖皮质激素抵抗作用。通过对人参皂苷调控糖皮质激素受体途径的归纳总结,探寻人参皂苷代替糖皮质激素应用或成为糖皮质激素增效剂的可能,并为进一步实验及临床应用奠定基础。
Glucocorticoids are widely used in the treatment of immune diseases,allergic diseases and anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic,anti-shock,etc.But when glucocorticoids are used for a long time,they will produce serious side effects,even the glucocorticoid resistance which affects the normal use of hormones.In recent years,many studies have shown that ginsenosides have glucocorticoid-like structure and hormone-like effects,which can be mediated by the glucocorticoid receptor pathway,synergistically enhance the effect of glucocorticoids and up-regulate body expression level,inhibit the side effects of glucocorticoid application and receptor resistance.This paper summarized the ways of ginsenoside regulating glucocorticoid receptor,explored the possibility of ginsenoside replacing glucocorticoid or becoming glucocorticoid synergist,and laid a foundation for further experiment and clinical application.
