Professor XU Zhiying's Experience on Treating Bronchial Asthma with Method of Nourishing Spleen and Nourishing Kidney

中医认为支气管哮喘属“哮证”范畴,多由外感咳嗽久咳不愈所致,究其发病初始,患者均存在典型外感病史。哮证的病位主要在肺,除邪热直接耗伤津液外,肺失宣降,主气功能无权,津液运行失其常度,病理产物痰的产生,热、痰相互作用,相互影响,互为因果,亦损伤肺阴,还每因邪热内蒸、逼津外泄而汗出过多,加之脏腑正常生理功能减退津液生成不足,或运用发汗、攻下等法不当而耗伤阴液,或过用苦寒药而化燥伤阴等原因,均促使了肺热阴虚夹痰证的形成。徐志瑛教授从根据自己多年临床经验,认为治疗以重视标本兼治,根据临床辨证提出采用清润健脾益肾法治疗,正切中病机,取得较好效果。通过对徐志瑛教授多年治疗支气管哮喘的临床经验以展示辨证治疗特点,同时为临床治疗支气管哮喘提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that bronchial asthma belongs to the category of"asthma syndrome",which is mostly caused by exogenous cough.At the beginning of its onset,all patients have a typical history of exogenous cough.The location asthma syndrome is mainly in the lung.In addition to the direct consumption of body fluid by pathogenic heat,the lung can not disperse and ascend,the main Qi function is not normal,and the body fluid runs out of its normal ways.The production of pathological product phlegm cause the interaction of heat and phlegm.The mutual influence as well as mutual cause and effect,also damages the lung Yin,and excessive sweating is due to the internal steaming of pathogenic heat and the external discharge of body fluid.In addition,the normal physiological function of Zang-Fu organs is decreased,and the body fluid is insufficient.The reason for the formation of the syndrome of lung heat and Yin deficiency with phlegm is improper attack and other methods,or excessive use of bitter and cold medicine to change dryness and damage Yin.Professor XU Zhiying,based on his many years of clinical experience,thinks that the treatment should pay attention to both the symptoms and the root causes.According to the clinical syndrome differentiation,he puts forward the method of clearing and moistening spleen and tonifying kidney to treat the disease and achieve good results.Now through Professor XU Zhiying years of clinical experience in the treatment of bronchial asthma,it showed the characteristics of syndrome differentiation treatment,and provided reference for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
