高校食堂食品安全管理方法存在的问题及对策研究

食品安全是社会健康发展的前提和保障,其中,高校食堂的食品安全管理工作关乎每一位学生的身体健康甚至生命安全,因此高校必须采取先进、科学的食堂食品安全管理办法,以维护学校正常的管理秩序,保障师生的身心健康。在我国高校食堂食品安全管理中,还存在一些问题有待完善和解决,本文对其相关内容进行探讨,并提出了相应的对策。

Food safety is the premise and guarantee for the healthy development of society.Among them,the food safety management of university canteen is related to the health and even life safety of every student.Therefore,colleges and universities must adopt advanced and scientific canteen food safety management methods to maintain the normal management order of the school and ensure the physical and mental health of teachers and students.In the food safety management of University canteens in China,there are still some problems to be improved and solved.This paper discusses he relevant contents and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
