摘要
食品检验检测实验室管理及服务能力决定了食品检验检测结果的科学性和权威性。本文介绍了食品检验检测的概念,对食品检验检测实验室管理及服务能力存在的问题进行了分析,并针对问题给出了对策,以期为各大高校食品检验检测实验室管理及服务能力的提升提供借鉴。
The management and service ability of food inspection and testing laboratory determines the scientificity and authority of food inspection and testing results.This paper introduces the concept of food inspection and testing,analyzes the problems existing in the management and service ability of food inspection and testing laboratories,and gives countermeasures for the problems,hoping to provide reference for the improvement of the management and service ability of food inspection and testing laboratories in Colleges and universities.
