摘要
近些年,随着我国食品安全质量问题的频繁出现,人们对于食品质量安全的关注度也在显著提高,我国与食品安全相关的行政部门也力求通过引入先进的食品质量安全检测技术,在人员、设备、资金等方面给予配合,力求提高食品安全质量检测工作的准确性,用于保障其执法工作的规范性和人们的食品安全。本文通过分析食品质量检验检测结果精准度提升的具体价值,以目前我国常用的检验检测技术原理分析作为基础,在探讨影响检测工作结果准确性的各项因素的前提下,提出了我国食品质量检验检测结果准确性持续提高的策略。
In recent years,with the frequent appearance of food safety and quality problems in my country,people’s attention to food quality and safety has also increased significantly.my country’s food safety-related administrative departments are also striving to introduce advanced food quality and safety testing technologies.Cooperate in personnel,equipment,funds,etc.,and strive to improve the accuracy of food safety and quality inspection work to ensure the standardization of its law enforcement work and the food safety of the people.This article analyzes the specific value of improving the accuracy of food quality inspection results,based on the analysis of the principles of inspection and inspection technology commonly used in my country,and discusses various factors that affect the accuracy of inspection results,and proposes my country’s food quality inspection and testing.Strategies to continuously improve the accuracy of results.
