摘要
目的:探索乳粉中泛酸的检测。方法:应用高效液相色谱法和微生物试剂盒法,分析婴幼儿配方羊乳粉及其原料的检测数据。结果:利用高效液相色谱法检测配方羊奶粉时会出现检测不稳定的现象,且该现象的发生与原料具有一定的关联性;微生物试剂盒法检测数据稳定。结论:微生物法更适用于检测配方羊奶粉。
Objective:To explore the determination of pantothenic acid in milk powder.Methods:The determination data of infant formula sheep milk powder and its raw materials were analyzed by HPLC and microbe kit method.Results:When using HPLC to detect the formula sheep milk powder,there will be a phenomenon of instability,and the occurrence of this phenomenon and the raw materials have a certain correlation;Microbial Kit Method Data Stability.Conclusions:Microbial method is more suitable for the detection of sheep milk powder formula.
