食品检测中的快速检测技术探析

摘要 随着我国居民生活条件的改善,人们的饮食结构发生了较大的改变,食品种类也更加丰富,但随之而来的食品安全问题,也成为了社会广泛关注的问题。食品检测作为认定食品是否安全的必要技术,对确保食品安全具有重要意义。本文以食品检测中的快速检测技术为核心,对其基本情况进行了介绍,并明确了其优点与不足,进而论述了几种不同的快速检测技术的应用,以期推动食品检测中的快速检测技术的发展与应用,保障食品安全。 With the improvement of living conditions of Chinese residents,people’s dietary structure has changed greatly,and the types of food are more abundant,but the problem of food safety has become a problem of widespread concern in the society.As a necessary technology to determine whether food is safe or not,food testing is of great significance to ensure food safety.Taking the rapid detection technology in food detection as the core,this paper introduces its basic situation,defines its advantages and disadvantages,and then discusses the application of several different rapid detection technologies,in order to promote the development and application of rapid detection technology in food detection and ensure food safety.
