摘要 本文通过相关数据库检索,结合国家食品药品监督管理局已批准具有辅助降血糖功能的常用原料,整理出在药膳食疗中高频使用的具有降糖作用的中药材和食材。通过对这些药材和食材的成分、药效和重金属分析方法进行综述,为糖尿病人对药膳食疗中添加的药材和食材认知提供指导,为降糖保健品和药膳食疗发展提供参考。 Through the database retrieval of related articles,Combined with the approval of the State Food and Drug Administration of the commonly used raw materials with the function of assisting in lowering blood sugar,to analyze and sort out commonly used food materials and medicinal herbs with hypoglycemic effect in medicated Diet therapy,and get high-frequency use of hypoglycemic effects of Chinese herbs and ingredients.Through the analysis of ingredients、pharmacodynamics and heavy metal analysis methods of these medicinal materials and ingredients,to provide guidance for diabetic patients on the medicinal ingredients and ingredients added to their diet therapy,and provide reference for the development of hypoglycemic health products and medicated diet therapy.
