Research Progress on Ingredients and Functions of Bee Pollen

蜂花粉是指蜜蜂从被子植物雄性花药和裸子植物小孢子叶上的小孢子囊采集的花粉粒,经过蜜蜂加工而成的花粉团状物。蜂花粉作为一种自然资源,营养物质全面而均衡,有微型营养库之美誉,本文对蜂花粉的营养成分、活性成分以及药理功能等方面进行综述。

Bee pollen is the pollen grains collected by bees from the male anthers of angiosperms and the microsporangium of gymnosperms,which are processed by bees.Bee pollen,as a natural resource,has comprehensive and balanced nutrients,and is known as micro nutrient bank.In this paper,the nutritional components,active components and pharmacological functions of bee pollen were reviewed.
