摘要
为了让“勤俭节约”的传统美德在中职学生中得以继承和发扬,杜绝舌尖上的浪费,很多中职校都开展了“光盘行动”,但收效甚微,餐饮浪费的现象仍然随处可见。本文针对中职生餐饮浪费现象进行了深入全面地调查,分析浪费产生的根源,并就减少餐饮浪费提出若干建议,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to inherit and carry forward the traditional virtue of"diligence and thrift"among secondary vocational school students and put an end to the waste on the tongue,many secondary vocational schools have carried out the"Clean Your Plate Campaign",but with little effect,the phenomenon of food waste is still everywhere.This article has carried on the thorough and comprehensive investigation to the secondary vocational students’food waste phenomenon,analyzed the root of the waste,and put forward some suggestions on reducing the food waste,which has a certain reference significance.
