玻璃表面处理综述

Review of Research on Glass Surface Treatment

本文归纳了近年实验室研究与工业生产中玻璃表面常用的处理方法主要包括化学刻蚀、物理刻蚀、表面镀膜等的研究进展,梳理了不同种类玻璃表面处理工艺的优劣,介绍了表征玻璃表面结构、化学组成及电子态的常用分析方法。在未来的玻璃表面处理研究中,除改进现有的表面处理工艺外,还需开发新的表面处理技术。此外,微观上需重视表面化学组成与结构对玻璃性能的影响。

This paper summarized recent research advance of common surface treatment methods applied in laboratory and industrial fields,including chemical etching,physical etching,surface coating and etc.This paper also reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies,and introduced the common analytical methods for characterizing the surface structure,chemical composition and electronic state of the glass surface.Future surface treatment of the glass not only requires further enhancing the current technologies,but also developing new ones.In addition,the influence of surface chemical composition and structure on the properties of the glass should also be emphasized.
