2018—2020年天津中医药大学第一附属医院中药配方颗粒应用情况分析

Analysis on the use of traditional Chinese medicine granules in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2020

目的对天津中医药大学第一附属医院2018年1月—2020年12月中药配方颗粒的使用情况进行分析,总结中药配方颗粒应用规律,保障临床合理用药。方法利用医院信息系统分析2018—2020年中药配方颗粒的使用情况。结果医院中药配方颗粒2018—2020年总体应用呈现先增长后下降的趋势;销售量和销售额排名前15名的品种相对固定,补虚药的用量最高,这与医院就诊患者特点相符;中药配方颗粒在各月的应用具有一定的规律性和周期性。结论中药配方颗粒目前已成为医院用药的重要组成部分,可作为饮片应用的重要补充形式,对其进行合理利用,能够为广大患者提供更好的服务。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal granules in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2018 — 2020, so as to summarize the medication rule and ensure clinical rational drug use. Methods Statistical analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules from 2018 to 2020 by using the hospital information system. Results From 2018 to 2020, the overall application of traditional Chinese medicine granules in our hospital showed a trend of growth first and then decline. The top 15 varieties in consumption amount and consumption sum are relatively fixed, and the dosage of tonic drugs is the highest, which is consistent with the characteristics of patients in the hospital. The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal granules in each month has a certain regularity and periodicity. Conclusion At present, traditional Chinese medicine granules have become an important part of hospital medication, and can be used as an important supplementary form of decoction pieces. Reasonable use of it can provide better services for the majority of patients.
