摘要
卵巢癌作为常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,病死率居所有妇科肿瘤首位。尽管目前外科手术联合传统的化疗在卵巢癌治疗上取得了很大的进展,但大多数卵巢癌在诊断时已处于晚期。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)广泛地参与基因的表达与调控,在细胞的生命活动中发挥重要作用。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)具有转录后调控表达的能力。LncRNA及miRNA有成为卵巢癌早期诊断的生物标志物的潜力,本文总结归纳了近些年来与卵巢癌相关的lncRNA和miRNA,就lncRNA及miRNA在卵巢癌中的研究进展作一综述,以期为卵巢癌的早期诊断、治疗和预后提供新思路。
As one of the common gynecologic malignant tumors.The fatality rate of ovarian cancer ranks first among all gynecological tumors.Although surgery combined with conventional chemotherapy has made great strides in the treatment of ovarian cancer,most cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is widely involved in gene expression and regulation,and plays an important role in cell life activities.MicroRNA(miRNA)has the ability of post-transcriptional regulation of expression.LncRNA and miRNA have the potential to be biomarkers for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.In this paper,lncRNA and miRNA related to ovarian cancer in recent years are summarized,and the research progress of lncRNA and miRNA in ovarian cancer is reviewed,aiming to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
