摘要
抑郁症是一种情感障碍性疾病,患者表现为持续的情感低落、思维迟缓和较高的自杀倾向。大麻二酚(cannabidiol, CBD)是一种没有精神活性的大麻成分,具有多种天然药理作用,其副作用明显小于Δ9-四氢大麻酚(Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol, THC),可通过影响内源性大麻素系统(endogenous cannabinoidsystem,ECS)的信号转导、激活五羟色胺(serotonin,5-HT)受体、调节神经元突触可塑性及脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophin factor, BDNF)-酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptors B,TrkB)信号途径等在抑郁症的治疗中发挥作用。本文将从上述四个方面对CBD在抑郁症中的作用机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为抑郁症的临床治疗提供理论依据和新的药物干预靶点。
Depression is the most common mental disorder characterized by persistent emotional depression,slow thinking and a higher suicidal tendency. Cannabidiol(CBD) as a non-psychoactive component of Cannabis sativa, showing a variety of natural pharmacological activities with side effects significantly less than Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol(THC), plays an important role in the treatment of depression by affecting the endogenous cannabinoid system(ECS) signal transduction, activation of serotonin(5-HT) receptors,regulation of synaptic plasticity of neurons and brain derived neurotrophin factor(BDNF)-Tyrosine kinase receptor B(TrkB) signaling pathway. This review briefly focuses on the research progress of the role of cannabidiol in depression from the above mentioned four aspects, with a view to provide theoretical basis and novel drug’s target for clinical treatment of depression.
