摘要
空间转录组学近年来的迅速发展,极大扩展了对复杂多细胞生物的认识,进而成为继单细胞测序后又一研究热点。目前空间转录组学发展了很多新技术,各个新技术获取细胞空间信息的方法不同,有其独特的优点,同时也存在亟待解决的缺点。空间转录组目前应用广泛,在肿瘤研究、神经科学中取得很大的进步,与传统转录组相比,空间转录组的技术日新月异,极具发展潜力。本文对现有的空间转录方法进行分类并进行综述,讨论其原理及优缺点,并阐述其在肿瘤研究、神经科学中的应用进展。
With the rapid development of spatial transcriptome in recent years,it has greatly expanded the understanding of complex multicellular organisms,and has become another research hotspot after single-cell sequencing.Spatial transcriptome has developed many new technologies,which have different methods to obtain spatial information of cells.Each new technology has its own unique advantages,but also has some disadvantages to be solved.Nowadays,spatial transcriptome is widely used and has made great progress in tumor research and neuroscience.Compared with traditional transcriptome,spatial transcriptome has great development potential.In this review,we will describe the method of spatial transcriptomics,discussing its advantages,disadvantages and their applications in the field of oncology and neuroscience.
