摘要
食品生物化学是食品科学与工程专业的必修课。围绕着如何上好开篇的绪论课,本文从教学目标出发,探讨如何围绕生物化学发展史的思想源流构建课程知识体系的方法,并尝试从更高维度探讨认知层面的内容,从而培养学生的主动思考能力以及辩证思维能力等。从绪论开始,就让学生在明确本课程的知识体系和教学目标的基础上,以能力训练为目标,重视培养学生的科学思维,明确课程思政元素的设计理念,激发学生的学习兴趣,为我国食品相关行业培养思想素质过硬的专业人才。
Food Biochemistry is a compulsory course for food science and engineering majors.In order to give an excellent introduction class of Food Biochemistry,this paper based on the teaching goal of the introduction class,discussed how to construct the knowledge system of the course in the process of describing the ideological origin of the development history of Biochemistry.At the same time,we tried to involve some cognitive content,so as to stimulate students’active thinking ability and critical thinking ability,etc.From the beginning of the course,we need to clarify the knowledge hierarchy and learning outcomes,take abilities training as the objective,pay attention to cultivate scientific thinking of students’clarify the design concept of ideological and political elements of the course,and stimulate students’interest in course learning.The aim is to cultivate professional talents with excellent ideological quality for Chinese food-related industries.
