踝部腱鞘巨细胞瘤一例

A case of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath on ankle

25岁女性患者,右踝部包块1年余。右踝关节内侧可见2枚鸽蛋大小肤色包块,质韧,与周围组织粘连,无压痛。皮损组织病理:皮下分叶状肿瘤细胞团块,瘤组织内可见大量组织细胞、泡沫细胞及多核巨细胞,瘤细胞团块周围有纤维性结缔组织鞘包绕,可见充满含铁血黄素的巨噬细胞浸润。诊断:腱鞘巨细胞瘤。手术完整切除后愈合良好,无复发。

A case of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath on ankle is reported. A 25-year-old female patient presented with 2 pigeon egg sized, skin-colored masses on the medial right ankle for more than 1 year, which with obscure boundary, tough texture and no tenderness. Histopathological examination revealed that there were lobulated tumor masses located in subcutaneous tissue which were surrounded by fibrous connective tissue sheaths, containing a large number of histocytes, foam cells and multinucleated giant cells, as well as hemosiderinladen macrophages. Pathological features confirmed the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath. The tumor masses were removed completely by surgery with no recurrence.
