幼儿教师急救知识技能培训现状及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对宁夏幼儿园教师急救知识技能培训现状进行调查发现,幼儿园教师参与急救知识技能培训的意愿强烈、采用互动式培训形式较少、培训者主要以幼儿园保健医生为主、培训缺乏评价体系。针对现状提出优化策略:进一步明确幼儿园教师掌握幼儿急救知识和技能的必要性;丰富幼儿急救知识技能的培训内容;采用“医教结合”的方式培训师资;结合该园实际情况,恰当地选择培训形式;健全完善幼儿教师急救知识技能培训评价体系。
