摘要
以聚醚胺(PEA)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为原料,通过季铵化反应合成双季铵盐型缩膨剂,采用FTIR和^(1)H NMR进行性能表征,确认其分子结构。分析了反应温度、反应时间、单体质量分数、单体配比等因素对缩膨率的影响。结果表明,合成双季铵盐型缩膨剂的最佳工艺条件:以99%碳酸二甲酯和聚醚胺D-230为反应单体,反应温度85℃,反应时间3 h,n(PEA)∶n(DMC)=1∶3。该产品缩膨效果优异,当产物用量为1%时,缩膨率可达34.25%,兼具较好的耐高温性能,在矿场应用中可有效降低粘土矿物遇水膨胀、运移给储层造成的伤害,提升油气开发效果,具有重要的经济和社会效益。
Polyetheramine(PEA)and dimethyl carbonate(DMC)are used as raw materials to synthesize diquaternary ammonium salt-type shrinking expansion agent through quaternization reaction.It was characterized by FTIR and H NMR to confirm its molecular structure.The influence of factors such as reaction temperature,reaction time,monomer mass fraction,monomer ratio,etc.on the shrinkage expansion rate is analyzed,and it can be known that the best process conditions for the synthesis of this double quaternary ammonium salt shrink expansion agent:99%dimethyl carbonate and polyetheramine D-230 is the reaction monomer,the reaction temperature is 85℃,the reaction time is 3 h,n(PEA)∶n(DMC)=1∶3.The product has excellent shrinking and swelling effect.When the product dosage is 1%,the shrinking and swelling rate can reach 34.25%.It has good high temperature resistance and can effectively reduce the expansion of clay minerals in water in mine applications.The damage caused by migration to the reservoir,which enhances the effect of oil and gas development,has important economic and social benefits.
