摘要
以废旧橡胶粉为增韧剂,将其与丁苯橡胶、液体石蜡、滑石粉进行共混改性,通过双螺杆挤出造粒制备了新型的柔性颗粒调剖剂。结果表明,当废旧橡胶粉含量为5.0份时,柔性颗粒调剖剂的断裂伸长率可以高达396.8%,并具有较好的回弹性能和热稳定性;当温度达到147℃时,质量损失仅为0.1%。柔性颗粒调剖剂的平均粒径为3 mm,密度为1.125 g/cm^(3),在模拟地层水中(10×10^(4) mg/L)放置3个月后,拉伸和耐温性能较之前变化较小,满足现场施工要求。此外,该柔性颗粒调剖剂的封堵率可达83.5%,具有较好的封堵性能。
A new type of flexible particle profile control agent was prepared by using waste rubber powder as a toughening agent and blending with styrene-butadiene rubber,liquid paraffin,and talc powder.The results show that when the waste rubber powder content is 5.0 phr,the elongation at break of the flexible particle profile control agent can be as high as 396.8%,and it has good resilience energy and thermal stability.When the temperature reaches 147℃,the mass loss is only 0.1%.The average particle size and density of the flexible particle profile control agent are 3 mm and 1.125 g/cm^(3).After being placed in simulated formation water(10×10^(4)mg/L)for three months,the tensile and temperature resistance performance of the flexible particle profile control agent has little change compared with before,meeting the requirements of site construction.In addition,the plugging rate of the flexible particle profile control agent can reach 83.5%,and it has good plugging performance.
