摘要 以硝酸银为银源,通过绿色化学法合成纳米Ag溶胶,进一步采用湿化学的方法,成功制备出了具备高性能可见光响应的Ag/Ag_(2)O复合光催化剂。同时采用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis DRS、XPS等对其进行表征。结果表明,成功构建出了金属-半导体异质结结构的Ag/Ag_(2)O颗粒,其粒径约200 nm,禁带宽度为1.42 eV。通过负载纳米Ag的方法,基于表面等离子体共振效应,增强了材料在可见光区的吸收,同时抑制了光生载流子的复合,提高了量子效率,使Ag_(2)O在可见光下的光催化性能得到了明显的改善。 Using silver nitrate as the silver source,a green chemical method was used to synthesize nano-silver sol,and a wet chemical method was further used to successfully prepare the Ag/Ag_(2)O composite photocatalyst with high-performance visible light response.At the same time,it was characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis DRS,XPS,etc.The results show that Ag/Ag_(2)O particles with a metal-semiconductor heterojunction structure were successfully synthesized,with a particle size of about 200 nm and a band gap of 1.42 eV.Through the method of loading nano silver particles,based on the surface plasmon resonance effect,enhanced the absorption of the material in the visible light region,improved the quantum efficiency,the photocatalytic performance of Ag_(2)O under visible light has been significantly improved.
