摘要
通过均匀沉淀法制备了以膨胀蛭石(EVM)为载体的NiO/EVM催化剂。采用XRF、XRD、SEM、BET对催化剂进行了表征。研究煅烧温度、热解温度、保温时间、镍负载量、循环次数等因素对秸秆催化热解制备合成气的影响。结果表明,NiO/EVM催化剂活性组分负载良好,分散均匀,比表面积为23.1 m^(2)/g;煅烧温度400℃、热解温度800℃、镍负载量20%、保温时间20 min时,NiO/EVM催化剂的催化效率最高;与不添加催化剂相比,H_(2)的含量从21.20%增加到36.76%,CO的含量从27.13%增加到35.93%;连续再生循环使用6次后,合成气的含量仍相对提高36.5%。
Expanded vermiculite(EVM)was used as a carrier to prepare NiO/EVM catalyst by homogeneous precipitation method.The different approaches including XRF,XRD,SEM,and BET were used to characterize the synthetic catalysts.The effects of calcination temperature,pyrolysis temperature,holding time,nickel loading and cycle times on the catalytic pyrolysis of straw to syngas were investigated.The results indicated that the active components of the NiO/EVM catalyst was well loaded,uniformly dispersed,and with a specific surface area of 23.1 m^(2)/g.The NiO/EVM catalyst had the best catalytic efficiency at the calcination temperature was 400℃,the pyrolysis temperature was 800℃,the nickel loading was 20%,and a 20 min hold time.Compared with the pyrolysis without catalyst,the concentration of H_(2)and CO increased significantly from 21.20%to 36.76%and 27.13%to 35.93%,respectively.After 6 consecutive regeneration cycles,the content of syngas was still relatively increased by 36.5%.
