摘要
简要介绍了废碱液的来源和水质特点,对湿式空气氧化的原理和特点进行了概述,介绍了近年来国内外湿式空气氧化法用于废碱液的研究进展,重点介绍了温度、pH、曝气量、催化剂、气液混合状况对氧化效果的影响情况。最后提出了湿式空气氧化废碱液高效、经济适用,其氧化条件的控制和优化是今后研究的方向,具有很好的应用前景。
This paper briefly introduces the sources and water quality characteristics of spent lye,summarizes the principle and characteristics of wet air oxidation,and summarizes the research progress of wet air oxidation for spent lye at home and abroad in recent years,the influence of temperature,pH,aeration rate,catalyst and gas-liquid mixture on oxidation effect is introduced.Finally,it is proposed that the wet air oxidation spent lye is highly efficient and economical,and the control and optimization of its oxidation condition is the direction of future research and has a good application prospect.
