摘要
为了降低生产现场萤石精矿中碳酸钙的含量,提高萤石精矿质量,对现场磁选选铁—浮硫—浮钨的尾砂进行萤石浮选优化。通过试验可知最佳粗选条件:磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量占68.09%,混合碱调节pH=9.5,水玻璃用量2 kg/t, CYP用量200 g/t时,可获得碳酸钙含量较低的萤石粗精矿,在此基础上还探索了新型药剂SZ-1对碳酸钙的的抑制效果,在最佳试验条件下进行了1粗7精1扫浮选闭路浮选试验,最终获得了CaF_(2)含量92.61%,CaCO_(2)含量3.89%,CaF_(2)回收率64.32%,CaCO_(2)回收率8.59%的萤石精矿。
In order to reduce the content of calcium carbonate and improve the quality of fluorite concentrates in the plant, the optimization fluorite flotation test was conducted on the tail of magnetic separation iron-floating sulfur-floating tungsten.The results show that the best roughing process conditions when the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm was 70%,pH values of 9.5 was adjusted by mixed alkali, the dosage of water glass was 2 kg/t and dosage of CYP was 200 g/t, the fluorite coarse concentrate with a low calcium carbonate content was obtained.On this basis, the inhibition effect of the new drug SZ-1 on calcium carbonate is also explored.Under the optimal conditions, the fluorite concentrate containing 92.61% CaF_(2),3.89% CaCO_(2)with a recovery of 3.89% CaF_(2)and 8.59% CaCO_(2)was obtained by one roughing, seven cleanings and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation test.
