摘要 传统矿山磨矿钢球添加主要分为全人工手动加球和以PLC为核心新增配置一套单体控制系统进行加球,存在安全系数不高、成本高、设备利用率低等问题。充分运用现有DCS系统平台进行钢球添加控制系统设计,从而实现磨矿钢球添加全自动循环控制。生产实践证明,该系统使用操作简单、准确及时、稳定可靠、维护量小,可大幅度减轻工人的劳动强度,提高安全生产系数,提高工艺生产指标,增加企业经济效益和社会效益。 There are two main types of ball adding in traditional mine grinding:manual ball adding and a new single control system with PLC as the core.There are some disadvantages such as low safety factor,high cost,low equipment utilization and so on.This case makes full use of the existing DCS system platform of a copper mine to design the steel ball adding control system,and realizes the automatic cycle control of grinding steel ball adding.The production practice has proved that the system is simple to operate,accurate and timely,stable and reliable,with small amount of maintenance,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the safety production coefficient,improves the process production index,and increases the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
