农村房地一体不动产确权登记是指农村的宅基地和集体建设用地使用权及地上的房屋所有权实行统一权籍调查、统一确权登记、统一颁发证书。项目需要外业和内业相结合,本文从内外业一体化、农房测量与分户图生成、资料收集等几个方面进行关键技术研究,并提出了解决方案,为开展不动产确权登记提供了技术支持和参考。

The right confirmation registration of integrated real estate in rural areas refers to the implementation of unified ownership investigation,unified right confirmation registration and unified issuance of certificates for the use right of rural homestead and collective construction land and the ownership of houses on the land.The project needs the combination of field work and internal work.This paper makes key technical research from several aspects,such as the integration of field work and internal work,rural housing measurement and household map generation,data collection and so on,and puts forward solutions,which provides technical support and reference for the confirmation and registration of real estate.
