摘要
利用30年的降雹资料、冰雹灾害资料,结合社会经济资料、地理信息资料,从致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性和承灾体易损性3个方面进行分析,建立农作物全生育期冰雹灾害综合风险评价模型,基于GIS空间技术形成巴楚县冰雹灾害风险区划。由于受地形影响,巴楚县冰雹主要出现在大小山脉和河谷地带,并与河流走向一致,从西南向东北呈带状分布。将冰雹灾害风险区划分为重度风险区、中度风险区、低度风险区,所形成的成果可以为巴楚县不同区域冰雹灾害防御提供决策依据。
Using the data of 30 years of hail,hail disaster data,combined with social and economic data,geographic information data,from dangerous hazard-formative factors.Sensitivity to the disaster environment and vulnerability of hazard-affected bodies three aspects to carry on the analysis,establish the crops growth period of hail disaster risk evaluation model,based on the GIS space technology form Bachu County of hail disaster risk zoning.Due to the influence of the terrain,hail mainly appeared in the mountains and river valleys,and in line with the direction of the river,from southwest to northeast in a ribbon distribution;The hail disaster risk area is divided into heavy risk area,medium risk area and low risk area,and the results can provide the decision-making basis for hail disaster prevention in different areas of Bachu County.
