This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of EPS platform and ArcGIS platform.Based on the characteristics of basic geographical conditions monitoring,ArcGIS is studied as a data processing platform,and data production tools are customized,which greatly improves the production efficiency.Moreover,it has been applied in the process of task production and achieved good results.
