This article mainly takes the production of the county survey boundary map of the third national land survey in Jiangsu Province as an example,and introduces how to use FEM and ArcGIS software for data processing,standardization and other technical methods to form the county survey boundary map.Relevant technical methods for making county-level survey boundary maps.In the end,it provided an accurate and effective survey boundary for each county administrative district for the third land survey in Jiangsu Province,thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the third land survey.
