摘要
提出一种不同载荷条件下的可靠性转换方法,能够将试验载荷下产品的可靠度和可靠寿命转换为实际使用载荷条件下的可靠度和可靠寿命。工程上由于受试验条件的限制,试验载荷往往与产品实际使用中遇到的载荷并不完全一致,加上实际使用载荷又是多种多样,所以目前采用试验载荷条件下的可靠度和可靠寿命来分析和评估实际使用情况下产品的可靠性会导致较大的误差。本文提出的可靠性转换方法能够有效解决上述难题,文中分别对单应力和多应力情况的可靠性转换方法进行了详细讨论,并给出了由单应力向多应力情况的可靠性转换方法。
Reliability conversion methods among different loads are proposed in this paper.By the methods,the product's reliability and reliable life under test loads can be converted into those under actual service loads.In engineering,the product's service loads are various,and due to several limits the test loads are generally different with them.Therefore,the traditional methods of analyzing and evaluating the product's reliability under service loads by that under test loads will cause large errors.This problem can be effectively solved by the proposed methods in this paper.The reliability conversion methods with single-stress and multi-stress load conditions are discussed in detail,and reliability conversion methods from single-stress load conditions to multi-stress coupling load conditions are also given.
