摘要
为满足新时期航天产品规模化生产任务需求,提升航天产品总装安全生产水平,针对航天产品手工为主作业的传统生产模式开展生产线建模仿真、物料齐套及配送管理、柔性工装设计等技术研究,创新生产模式,结合某小尺寸产品构建面向规模化生产的总装生产线,满足安全生产要求,显著提高航天产品总装生产的自动化、数字化、智能化水平。
In order to meet the needs of large-scale production tasks of aerospace products in the new era and improve the safety production level of aerospace product assembly,aiming at traditional production mode of aerospace products based on manual operation,research on production line modeling,material assembly and distribution management,and flexible tooling design is carried out.The production mode is innovated and combined with a small-scale product,the assembly line for large-scale production is constructed to meet the safety production requirements and significantly improve the automation,digitization and intelligence level of aerospace product assembly production.
