光纤温度传感系统在掘采装备测试中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了光纤温度传感原理,分析了掘采装备温度检测难点及解决措施,构建了掘采装备光纤温度测试系统。以某型号掘采装备为研究对象,在其发热敏感元件上布置了光纤温度测点,测试了液压系统空载以及液压执行元件动作两种工况下油泵的温升,比较了这两种工况下油泵温升速率的区别,为全面监测掘采装备温升提供了光纤测试技术支持。 Introduced the principle of optical fiber temperature sensing,Analyzed the difficulties in temperature detection of excavating and mining equipment and their solutions,Constructed an optical fiber temperature test system for digging and mining equipment.Taking a certain model of mining equipment as the research object,Optical fiber temperature measuring points are arranged on the heating sensitive components.Tested the temperature rise of the oil pump under two working conditions of the hydraulic system no-load and hydraulic actuator action,Compare the difference of the oil pump temperature rise rate under these two working conditions,Provides technical support for optical fiber testing to comprehensively monitor the temperature rise of the excavating and mining equipment.
