基于C/S架构的身管武器加工过程集成管控系统设计

Design of an Integrated Management and Control System Based on C/S Architecture for the Processing of Body Control Weapons

针对军工行业车间变批量、多品种、混线生产模式中存在的车间生产数据追溯难、生产线柔性化程度低、过程状态不易控等问题,导致生产运行效率低、产品质量波动大、性能提升难。结合国内外发展趋势,提出一种基于C/S架构的身管武器加工过程集成管控方法,通过对其底层制造过程数据感知与交互、多品种混线智能排产、上层单元可视化监控等关键技术架构设计,解决多品种混线生产集成管控问题,提升生产一致性,满足新一代军用装备定制化、变批量、高质量生产需求。整套方法已在某厂身管武器核心零部件加工环节集成管控系统中进行应用,可在军工数字化车间进行推广应用。

In view of the problems in the variable batch,multi-variety,and mixed-line production mode of the military industry workshop,the production data traceability of the workshop is difficult,the degree of flexibility of the production line is low,and the process status is not easy to control.Combining the development trends at home and abroad,a C/S framework-based integrated management and control method for the processing of body control weapons is proposed,Through the architecture design of key technologies such as data perception and interaction of the underlying manufacturing process,multi-variety mixed-line intelligent scheduling,and visual monitoring of upper-level units,Solve the problem of integrated management and control of multi-variety mixed-line production,improve production consistency,and meet the needs of a new generation of military equipment customization,variable batches,and high-quality production.The whole set of methods has been applied in an integrated management and control system for the processing of core parts of weapons in a factory,and can be promoted and applied in the military digital workshop.
