摘要
采用成分优化设计结合热机械轧制技术,开发成功高韧性冷作强化非调质冷镦钢热轧盘条,抗拉强度在(650~750)MPa,面缩率大于60%;通过深加工工艺研究,验证了拉拔减面率在30%左右时,冷镦模具损耗最低;稳定化处理后螺栓成品性能良好,特别是保载性能、低温性能和疲劳性能优异。
Through the use of composition optimization design combined with thermomechanical rolling technology,high toughness cold work strengthened non-quenched and tempered cold heading steel hot-rolled wire rods are developed,with tensile strength about 650~750MPa,and the area shrinkage rate about 60%.Deep processing Process research has verified that when the drawing reduction rate is about 30%,The finished bolts after stabilization have good performance,especially excellent load retention performance,low temperature performance and fatigue performance.
