摘要
本文详细说明了一种柱状球销类非典型螺纹连接拧紧工艺设计方法,通过力矩平衡原理测量螺栓预紧后球销转动扭矩,设计实验并按实物状态制备样件测量球销与转向节摩擦副的摩擦系数,计算出拧紧横穿螺栓后转向节对球销产生的抱紧力,并将该抱紧力与CAE路谱仿真得到的需求抱紧力进行对比,从而评价可靠性。
This paper details a columnar ball pin type of atypical threaded screw down the process design method,through the principle of moment balance measuring ball pin rotation after the bolt pre-tightening torque,design the experimental model and according to the physical state of preparation of sample measurement ball pin and the steering knuckle the friction coefficient of friction pair,calculate the steering knuckle after tight across the bolt to hold tight force produced by ball pin,and the hugging force and CAE simulation road spectrum demand hold compared the force,so as to evaluate reliability.
