摘要
目的研究不同健走强度干预对职业人群身体指标变化的影响,探索适合上海市职业人群的健走运动干预模式。方法选取848名机关、企事业单位员工进行为期100 d的健走干预,比较不同健走强度干预前后身体指标的变化情况。结果通过100 d的干预,干预人群的体质量减轻(0.86±2.05)kg,差异有统计学意义(t=12.167,P<0.01);体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)降低(0.34±0.83)kg/m^(2),差异有统计学意义(t=12.048,P<0.01);腰围缩小(1.70±4.70)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=10.502,P<0.01);收缩压降低(3.85±12.06)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=9.295,P<0.01);舒张压降低(2.73±9.84)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=8.081,P<0.01);超重及肥胖率下降了2.71%,中心性肥胖率下降了5.89%,血压控制率上升了5.07%,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=307.25、659.00、175.56,P均<0.01)。结论职业人群在日行万步的基础上,同时完成三个运动处方(连续10 min、10 min、15 min,并且步幅达到120~150步/min),更有助于降低人群中超重和肥胖率、中心性肥胖率,提高血压控制率,对慢性病预防控制起到积极作用。
Objective To observe the impact of different walking intensities on the body index of employees,and to find out a suitable walking pattern in Shanghai.Methods 848 employees of government agencies,enterprises and institutions were randomly selected for a 100-day walking program with different walking intensities to compare the changes of physical indices.Results In general,a 100-day Walking intervention lowered body mass index(BMI)by(0.34±0.83)kg/m^(2)(t=12.048,P<0.01),reduced the body weight and waist circumference by(0.86±2.05)kg(t=12.167,P<0.01)and(1.70±4.70)(t=10.502,P<0.01).Meanwhile,after the walking intervention,both SBP and DBP decreased by(3.85±12.06)mmHg(t=9.295,P<0.01)and(2.73±9.84)mmHg(t=8.081,P<0.01).The over-weight and obesity rate of participants decreased by 2.71%and the central obesity rate decreased by 5.89%,while the high blood pressure control rate increased by 5.07%,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=307.25、659.00、175.56,all P<0.01).Conclusions With ten thousand steps per day,a combination of walking patterns(continuous 10 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes at the pace of 120-150 steps/minute)may significantly reduce the over-weight and obesity rate and central obesity rate,improve the blood pressure control rate,and play a positive role in the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
