北京市朝阳区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控期间儿童家长预防接种服务满意度调查

Satisfaction of parents with the vaccination service for their children during the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control in Chaoyang district of Beijing

目的了解北京市朝阳区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控期间儿童家长对预防接种门诊服务满意度及影响因素。方法2021年1月10日—3月10日在朝阳区免疫规划门诊服务期间,采用互联网问卷调查的方式对8家免疫规划门诊的404名接种儿童家长进行满意度调查。结果朝阳区儿童家长对接种门诊总体满意度为84.90%,其中城镇地区的满意度87.85%~96.26%,整体满意度为85.98%;乡村地区的满意度85.79%~99.47%,整体满意度为83.68%,城乡各项满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。被调查者对门诊内部环境、接种等待时间、未按时接种门诊处理方式满意度较低。当儿童未按时接种门诊及时提醒(OR=4.66,P<0.01)、接种前医务人员进行详细知情告知(OR=16.78,P<0.05)、告知常规免费疫苗相关信息(OR=10.29,P<0.05)提高家长对门诊的整体满意度,住址到接种点距离>3 km会降低家长对门诊的整体满意度(OR=0.47,P<0.05)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间,儿童家长对于免疫规划门诊的整体满意度较高,但在接种门诊的内部环境、接种等待时间及便利性方面有待改进,建议及时扩大预防接种工作人员队伍,改善接种门诊的内部环境,提升门诊服务,增加预防接种服务站提升便利性等,从而提高预防接种服务满意度。

Objective To understand the satisfaction of parents with the vaccination service for their children in vaccination clinics in Chaoyang district of Beijing during the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control,and to discuss the influencing factors.Methods A web based questionnaire survey was conducted among 404 parents whose children had been vaccinated in 8 immunization clinics during the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control to collect data about parents′satisfaction with the vaccination service.Results In Chaoyang district of Beijing,84.90%of parents were satisfied with the service.The satisfaction rate ranged from 87.85%to 96.26%with the overall of 85.98%among parents in urban areas,it ranged from 85.79%to 99.47%with the overall 83.68%among parents in rural areas,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Parents were less satisfied with the internal environment of clinics,waiting time and reminding service of clinics.When children are not vaccinated on time,SMS OR telephone reminder service of vaccination clinic(OR=4.66,P<0.01),detailed informed notification by medical staff before vaccination(OR=16.78,P<0.05),informing routine free vaccine related information(OR=10.29,P<0.05)can improve the overall satisfaction of parents to the clinic.The distance from home to clinic was more than 3 km,which reduced the overall satisfaction of parents with the clinic(OR=0.47,P<0.05).Conclusions During the COVID-19 vaccination period,most parents are satisfied with the overall service in the vaccination clinics except for waiting time,internal environment of clinics and accessibility to the clinics.It is suggested to increase the number of health workers in clinics,improve the internal environment to improve the overall satisfaction of parents.
